About

Good Grief Wellness offers culturally competent, individualized therapy for those walking through grief, caregiving, or end-of-life transitions. Together with founder Tracy Nall, LPCC, you’ll discover a compassionate, curious, and caring approach to wellness — a safe and inclusive space where you can show up fully, just as you are.

Through a blend of Contemplative Psychotherapy, evidence-based tools, and a holistic lens, I help you create space to feel and strength to move forward. Healing isn’t linear—but it can be supported with guidance, trust, and intentional care.

Meet Tracy!

Hi, I'm Tracy Nall, LPCC

Based in Denver, Colorado, I bring a warm, inclusive, and holistic approach to therapy. I believe in showing up with both heart and humor—because healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time.

My work is rooted in Contemplative Psychotherapy, Grief Counseling, ACT interventions, and is IFS-informed. I enjoy supporting those experiencing deep grief, both in individual sessions and in groups, as well as those living with end-of-life anxiety. With a keen understanding of how being a caregiver and a highly sensitive person can impact daily life, I am here to support anyone facing transitions that feel too large to navigate alone.
